Panamanian mariners are enjoying a second summer on the water as the island prepares for a new wave of tourism.

Panama’s marinas are the largest in the Caribbean, with a total capacity of 1.7 million tonnes, while the Pacific Marinas is only 1.5 million tonnes.
The largest marinside marinas include the Caribbean Marinas, Panama’s Pacific Marins, Pacific Marina and Pacific Marinade, while there are also some marinas in the Panama Canal Zone and Panama City.
Panamanian tourists have enjoyed a second year on the waves in the Pacific, where the city has enjoyed a boom in tourist arrivals since the summer of 2017.
