Topaz, a Spanish luxury yacht maker, is planning to sail from the Bahamas next week to Galve Island, a city on the Gulf of Mexico, to make a stopover for its Caribbean cruises.
The itinerary for the Galvestonian sailing, which will include stops in Galvestons capital city, Port-au-Prince, and a stop in the Bahamas, is set to start in Galve on Saturday and will take the yacht to the Caribbean island of St. Barts for a three-day visit.
The sailing will include visits to the city of Port-Au-Prince and the island’s famed St. Thomas Aquinas Church.
The Galvestones are also hosting a boat tour in March 2017 to highlight the city’s heritage, and the Galves also have a history of producing luxury yacht brands.
The company recently announced plans to launch an annual cruise that will take it through the Caribbean and through the Gulf.
